Show Homes and Small Commercial Spaces

When designing show homes we aim to appeal to the market that the property is being aimed at. We bring good tasteful design using colour schemes, fabrics and wallpapers from leading suppliers.

We are always fully sympathetic with the property, its environment and its potential residents. We can also offer a fast service when needed for bespoke window furnishings, bed furnishings, furniture, lighting and accessories.

We also design small commercial spaces such as waiting areas for hairdressers, restaurants, private clinics, health clubs etc. Whatever its size, we will create a space that is both comfortable and special, making your customers feel welcome.

How does it work?

Anne Bryant will do an on-site visit and survey where photos and measurements will be taken. She will discuss with you your requirements and objectives. Anne will then either invite you into the showroom where the scheme will be presented or, if it is more convenient, bring the scheme to you. The cost for this service is £200 per room + VAT. It will include the colour scheme with samples of wallpapers, paints and fabrics, the room layout, suggestions for window furnishings, lighting and furniture.

Private Homes

Interior design in a private home is usually about making your ideas happen. It is your space and can be a very personal thing. You may know what you want but are not sure how to achieve it. We can contribute a small or large part to the creation of your dream home or room, pointing you in the right direction and taking care of every detail, so that you are fully satisfied with the finished scheme.

How does it work?

The first step is to book a free home consultation with Anne. Together you will discuss your requirements and be able to get a good understanding of your likes and dislikes. She will also discuss design fees if applicable.

If you would like to be presented with a theme board for a room scheme this would cost £200 per room + VAT. However this is only appropriate when starting from scratch and if you have no ideas of your own. The theme board will include the room layout, colour scheme options, samples of wallpapers, paints and fabrics, suggestions for lighting and furniture, all supported by their costs.

However, sometimes people only require ideas for window dressings and colour schemes. We do not charge for this as it is our intention to sell the window dressings, wallpaper and decorating if required. So more often than not the interior design service is complimentary with the supply of the furnishings.
